Book Review:

A brilliant informative book that can mentor you and horn your management skills.
A very well-researched book by a very senior experienced person, it has experiences which are quoted as examples. Loved the way things are being put.

800 crore people are there globally and no two people are the same, their experiences are different, their environments are different, they are exposed to different circumstances.
The author has brilliantly discussed various situations.

Some instances have been taken from Chanakya’s thought process. How an organization should behave, what are the values a person should possess for better conduct in the organization.

A very informative book for Entrepreneurs, Managers, and Top position holders in the company, management people, and also aspiring professionals. A book for someone who wants to grow up the ladder in a better and successful way.

When you expect less, you grow more… the author has very wisely mentioned that your juniors cannot be your replica and if you expect that to happen then that actually leads to a bad foundation.

certain incidents are also taken from epics like Ramayana, also from sports, which can prove as turning points for professionals as they can be treated as examples that have changed equations.
My favorite line from the book:
“In a country like India, where we have diverse cultures in different states, people management becomes more important.”
This is something which I strongly believe is required in all situations.

It’s a brilliant book and a fantastic read for me!
